Are all pieces original?

Yes, all artworks are hand-painted and created as one-of-one pieces.

 

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

 

Are frames included?

Some pieces are available with a frame, while others are sold unframed. This is specified on each product page.

 

How should I care for the artwork?

To preserve the finish and texture, avoid direct prolonged sunlight and handle with clean hands when moving the piece.

Each canvas is sealed with a protective varnish.

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders for original artwork are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days and delivered via tracked UK service.

Commissioned pieces are made to order and delivered according to the agreed timeline.

 

Do you offer commissions?

Commissions slots are currently limited and reopen periodically. Please contact us to discuss your vision.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to EU, USA, and Canada. Other regions are available upon request—please contact us for details.
